Shipping Policies

We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Below you’ll find a few important details about how shipping works with us.

Shipping Costs and VAT

Norway

Orders within Norway are shipped with Bring / Posten. Standard domestic delivery.

International orders (outside Norway)

You only pay once.

For countries in the EU, VAT is included in the product price. Shipping and duties are calculated at checkout, based on your address. 

For countries outside of the EU, VAT and duties are not included in the stated product price, and is calculated along with shipping at checkout, based on your address. 

Once your order is paid, you will not receive any additional bills from the carrier or customs during or after delivery.

We ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) with UPS and FedEx.

Many online stores ship Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), which means customers often receive an extra VAT or customs bill before delivery. That will not happen with our shipments.

General Shipping Terms

  • Orders are usually shipped within 1–3 business days after payment has been completed.

  • If you choose delivery to a pickup point or local post office, you will be able to select your preferred pickup location during checkout.

  • All shipments include tracking information.

  • If your country is not available at checkout but you would like to place an order, contact us at hello@ullenyarns.com and we will look into it.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, it can be re-shipped for an additional fee.

  • If you refuse a shipment, we can issue a refund once the package is returned to us. Any extra shipping costs caused by the refusal will be deducted from your refund.

  • We are based in Norway, and ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) internationally. At checkout we collect shipping, VAT, taxes, import duties, tariffs and customs fees based on your shipping address. Once your order is paid, you shall not receive any additional bills related to these charges. If you experience any issues or have any questions, please contact us at hello@ullenyarns.com and we will resolve it.

Angreskjema

All Norwegian customers have the right to withdraw the purchase for up till two weeks after having placed the order. If you wish to do so, please fill out the Angreskjema and send it to hello@ullenyarns.com with header "Angre kjøp".
