Right of withdrawal
Consumers residing in Norway or the EU/EEA have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. The withdrawal period begins the day you receive the goods.
Customers outside the EU/EEA are offered a voluntary 14-day return policy unless otherwise stated.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing before the deadline.

Complaints
If the product is defective, applicable consumer protection legislation applies. For consumers in Norway, the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act (Forbrukerkjøpsloven) applies. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to make a complaint.
Disputes
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in the customer’s country of residence remain unaffected.
Disputes should be resolved amicably. If this is not possible, Norwegian consumers may contact Forbrukerrådet. Norwegian courts shall have jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer law states otherwise.
